I am training for a Warrior Dash race, a 3.5 mile run with 11
obstacles, ranging from army crawls under barbed wire to rope climbs over
angled walls. I run 4 days a week, ranging from 3 to 5 miles per day with
varying speeds. I occasionally stop and do push-ups or sit-ups, because
they provide a different "shock" to my body. -WS
